Identification
A valid US government-issued photo I.D. is required for ALL rentals.
Must be at least 18 yrs old.
Payment Required at the time of rental.
A credit card is required for ALL rentals.
Visa, MasterCard & Discover Cards are accepted.
Deposits vary per item.
Rental Periods
- HALF DAY: 4 hours or less during business hours.
- DAY: 24 hours Monday - Friday (8 hrs. on meter)
- WEEK: 7 consecutive days (40 hrs on meter)
- MONTH: 4 consecutive weeks. (160 hrs on meter)
- OVER NIGHT: 4:00 p.m.- 9:00 a.m. (4 hr. on meter)
- WEEKEND: Saturday- Monday 9 a.m. (12 hrs on meter)
Some rental items have a minimum Day rate.Metered items that run over allotted hours will be charged additional per hour over.
NOTE: RENT IS CHARGED FOR ALL TIME OUT, WHETHER EQUIPMENT IS USED OR NOT.

Customer Responsibility
Rented equipment is the responsibility of the customer until it is returned and a CLOSED / COMPLETED CONTRACT has been issued. In the case that equipment is lost, stolen, or damaged in any way, the customer will be charged the full replacement or repair cost.
If you encounter any operational problems, call General Rental immediately. No credits or adjustments will be made unless we are notified as soon as the problem is encountered.
Note: These policies do not supersede what is stipulated in the signed rental contract or “Rental Terms & Conditions” posted at the store.
